This course has been developed in line with the National Syllabus for conflict resolution and deals with communication skills, personal safety and ‘what if’ situations. With over 316 attacks on staff everyday you need to be prepared if such a situation should arise.

Assessment: Delegates must complete a multiple-choice test.
Certification: On successful completion of this course each delegate will receive a certificate.
Licenses will be available for 4 weeks and the course must be completed within this timescale.
