This online Banksman Essentials Training course has been designed to help remove the risk of accidents occurring whilst carrying out large vehicle manoeuvers. This course helps organisations and employees work towards compliance with current legislation.
In the course, the user will learn the common banksman hand signals, gain abetter understanding of their duties, and be able to list what’s included in the ‘Safe Site, Safe Vehicle, Safe Driver’ model. This online course does not replace the practical training you need, nor does it mean you’ll be classed as ‘competent’ by your employer – but – it does offer two important things. First, it provides you with vital tools and information if someone is new to banksman operations; and secondly, it acts as a refresher for anyone with existing experience who needs a reminder of the essentials.
