Managing Fire Risk in Construction

This half-day Managing Fire Risk in Construction course is aimed at Persons appointed to manage fire safety on a construction project, such as Site Managers, Project Manager, Project Directors and those with budget responsibilities for the project. 

During the course delegates will gain an appreciation of the responsibilities as the Responsible Person, so that by the end of the course the delegates will have a clearer understanding of their roles and responsibilities regarding fire safety on a construction site, in line with the relevant guidance and legislation.

Assessment: Delegates must complete a 2-part assessment comprised of a short multiple-choice test and a planning exercise.

Prerequisites: Delegates need to have a good understanding of spoken and written English.

Certification: On successful completion of this course each delegate will receive a THSP certificate valid for 5 years.
