To enable us to offer this premium service we are continually developing, listening to feedback and ensuring that our customers receive the highest standards possible. The only way in which we know what aspects we need to improve on is through receiving feedback and we actively seek this from our valued customers.
Throughout 2016 we have been working hard to listen to our customer’s thoughts in order to meet their needs and are proud to have been awarded the Regional Customer Service award from the Bedfordshire Chamber. It doesn’t stop there, as customer service is our number one priority throughout 2017.
