The recruitment and selection of new people is a demanding and time consuming activity, but it is very important to make the correct decisions. Poor recruitment choices can waste valuable time, cost money and affect the morale of existing staff. This recruitment and selection training course has been developed to steer you through the full process by advertising, shortlisting and interviewing for a fictitious role. Understanding each stage of the recruitment process will ensure that you avoid costly mistakes in the future.
This course is designed to provide delegates with an understanding of relevant legislation and offer guidance, through tools techniques and advice, to be able to make informed and effective recruitment decisions.
