THSP Risk Management have been crowned the winners of the Excellence in Customer Service Award in the eastern region heats of the Chamber Business Awards 2016. This means that THSP have now been put forward to the National Chamber Business Awards 2016 on 24th November.
The Excellence in Customer Service Award recognises organisations that have a strong focus on customer service, it has been designed for businesses who can demonstrate excellence and commitment in this ever important area.
24 years’ providing services in health and safety and employment law has seen THSP develop a collaborative culture within the business that empowers people to give their best to clients and each other. There is a real drive by all members of staff to continually review processes, and to develop, enabling everyone to deliver a great service. They believe that “People are our Brand”.
