At THSP we have always worked hard to maintain the health and safety of our customers and employees.
Whilst the recent advice from the government had resulted in the closure of restaurants, schools and other meeting places, we had not been instructed to close our doors. Instead we were instructed to work from home where possible, to avoid using public transport and to maintain good hygiene and social distancing.
Initially we had done all that we reasonably could to ensure hygiene and to provide at least two metres distance between delegates on training courses.
Following this weekend’s announcements from the Prime Minister, government ministers and the Mayor of London, we believe that it is now time to suspend all classroom learning until such a time as the scientific and medical experts deem it safe to continue.
We are currently working with the accrediting bodies to agree ways to deliver training remotely through the use of IT platforms such as Skype, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
If you are booked on any of our upcoming courses at one of our venues we will be contacting you separately to determine how best we can deliver the training to meet your needs.
With so many of us are being instructed to work from home, this could be a perfect opportunity to make the most of the enforced isolation to upskill and get that qualification that normal day to day life activities had previously prevented.
This will pass, in the meantime we wish good health to all of our customers.
