There is an ongoing debate that managers are trained and leaders are born. This course will help to dispel that premise by looking at the roles, responsibilities, attributes and competencies of both the ‘manager’ and the ‘leader’. Delegates will learn that to be successful we need to be able to lead and manage. Delegates will also learn, through self-evaluation and self-reflection their individual strengths and areas for further development.
