In order to maintain a safe working environment and therefore a healthy, safe workforce, you will need to perform risk assessments. By law, regardless of the size of your organisation, every employer shall make a suitable and sufficient assessment of the risks to the health and safety of their employees to which they are exposed whilst they are at work.
Risk assessments will help you to identify and focus on the risks that matter most in your workplace – the ones that have the potential to cause harm or serious injury.
Risk assessments must be undertaken by a competent person. THSP will act as the competent person, working with you to identify the hazards and evaluate the risks associated with your working environment. We will compile the necessary risk assessments and provide you with information and instruction as to how to review and update these assessments in the future.

As a retained client, you also have access to our online library of generic risk assessments, which you can download and amend to suit your environment – we will also check your amendments if you would like us to.
